The fabulous duo strikes again! This time in Osaka on, you guessed it, another day-trip. After a couple days rest from the last one (and more money spent shopping), we decided to go to Osaka aquarium. It is one of the largest aquariums in the world (3rd largest...I think) The great ATL has the largest :-) Anywho, we packed our purses, deprived ourselves of a full night's rest, and were off back on the road again.
PS. For some odd reason, my pics are coming out a bit grainy on this site. I do apologize for that. I just got a new camera and I think that I have it set too high for this site. It just can't handle the awesomeness that is my camera.
Considering we only got like 4-5 hours of sleep, I think we look pretty darn good
My new notebook. Got to love Japan...
...they tell you how to use the item right there on the item itself. Brilliant!
On the train again~I just can't wait to get on the train again~The life I love is makin' music with my friends~And I can't wait to get on the train again~ Everybody sing!
Arrival at the aquarium~

I got to witness first hand the growing love between a sloth and a turtle. It was beautiful
The fact that they are completely a different species didn't stop these 2 love birds
I managed to get this dark on the walk from the station to the aquarium. Look at us 2 chocolate drops lookin' all delicious and stuff.
Whale shark dancing with his followers
Now, he is trying to get away from them
My favorite marine animal!! Just breath-taking. The wing span on this beauty was astounding
He was so happy to see me
Hey look! It's me again!!
...and Portia!
Absolutely terrifying! Ewww! Spider crabs!
Jellyfish are cool
We found Nemo's siblings. Turns out that they weren't eaten by the barracuda.
Like I said before, P really doesn't like animals. And yet, we find ourselves going to places full of them.
Can someone tell me what this is?
After a day of fish, it was time for french toast. This was P's first time eating french toast that wasn't made in Europe. I don't think she liked it very much.
A bit of night site-seeing.
On the train...again, heading home.
So, that was our trip! We had a fabulous time in Osaka. Oh, and what you didn't see is that at the end of the aquarium, we got to touch some of the marine life. The rays are so smooth and there was this one shark that felt like rough bone. It was AWESOME! We also got splashed a bit by the larger rays that swam by waving. Oh yeah, there was also a lot of shopping done as well-can't leave that part out.
Well, stay tuned, there is more coming!!
Kisses
