Summertyme in Japan: Goodbye Hard Rock Nagoya

I'm back! Did ya miss me? I know you did, I don't know why I asked :p Now, where did I leave off...ah after Christmas. Well, we had a few days before new years so we all went out to dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe. I didn't know that it was closing O.O I've never been a huge fan of the place because it's SO EXPENSIVE! But, we went anyways. It was me, Paul, Lauren, Rob, and Mie (who I ALWAYS call Michiko for some odd reason). This time, the food was actually REALLY good! However, the prices were much higher. I didn't care this time because damn that was a good burger! We all had a moment of silence for our burgers...except Lauren who ordered...something Mexican, can't remember...fajitas I think.

It just so happened that that night they were having a live cover band playing. That would explain the 1.5hr wait. We didn't mind so much because he was actually pretty good. The ONLY thing that sucked about the outing was that we were in the smoking section! I know, I know, Japan still has a smoking section. It was my fault because I didn't hear when the staff called my phone telling us our table was ready; we were next door at the game center. When I called back they said it had been taken and we had to wait for the next available-which was in the smoking section. Other than that, fun times were had by all!!
